I had the honor of being on a panel at the Enterprise 2.0 conference that included Morgan Johnston from JetBlue, Ben Foster from Allstate, and was moderated by Peter Kim.
Both JetBlue and Allstate have done some pretty neat stuff with social in their shops; the JetBlue twitter account has 874,000 followers, and Allstate has been a pioneer in forming communities of its members.
The panel also gave Peter Kim a chance to talk about the Dachis Group’s vision for the social business, which is really interesting in itself. I’ve embedded the video here; I think it paints a nice picture of the different approaches big businesses are taking to creating engagement using social tools.
