I get that, if you &quot;prove&quot; to yourself you can do it for a day, you could maybe do it for longer.&lt;br&gt;I&#039;ve been curious, though, about doing a program that was a little more positive ... The &quot;SmokeOut&quot; concept isn&#039;t bad - it&#039;s a lot better than &quot;Stamp Out Smoking,&quot; for example, but it still seems to demonize smokers a bit.&lt;br&gt;I&#039;m wondering if anyone out there is familiar with any campaigns that are designed to be really appealing and reaffirming to smokers ... and whether/how such programs work.&lt;br&gt;Thanks for the post, Jane - good to keep this top-of-mind at this time of year (and always!).</description>
